1. 뼈 분리도 안될 정도로 고기도 덜 익은데다,
2. 고기 비린내도 그대로 남아있고,
3. 그리고 (채 익지도 않아서 겉절이에나 쓸 것 같은) 김치를 묵은지로 담그면 어쩌나??!!
It is a boneshapjang which makes a great star taste.
1. The meat is not so ripe that bone separation is not possible,
2. Meat fish remain intact,
3. And what if you immerse Kimchi (which is not used in cooking)?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 솔직히 좀 그래요. 할머니 순대국이라해서 뭔가 정성이 들어가 있을거란 느낌에 속아서...
조미료맛에 민감한데 맛 자체가 조미료맛이 많이 느껴집니다.
순대국밥을 먹었는데 돼지국밥도 팔고, 국물은 같은 것을 쓴다합니다.
부산의 돼지국밥 국물맛 80%만 되어도 좋겠는데 우리고 고여 낸 맛이 아니라 조미료 맛이 강하게 느껴져 크게 실망...
물론 조미료 좀 쓸 수는 있는데 베이스가 약하다보니...
순대국에 들어있는 고기도 잡내가 나고...

It is sensitive to the seasoning taste, but the taste itself has a lot of seasoning taste.
They ate sundae soup, but they also sell pork soup and use the same soup.
It would be nice if it tasted 80% of Busan's pork soup broth, but it was a big disappointment because the seasoning taste was strong, rather than the taste that we've made.
Of course you can use some seasoning, but the base is weak...
The meat in Sundae-guk is also smelly...
