광남교는 광남로의 광일초등학교 사거리에서 서쪽으로 광남1교 위 목감천을 건너 옥길동의 두길길로 가는 다리로, 1994년에 준공되었다.
길이 128m, 폭 20m, 높이 7m이며, 경간 수는 8개이다. 상부 구조 형식은 11.RCS, 하부 구조 형식은 14.TP이며, 설계 하중은 DB-24[43.2톤]이다.
광명시 광명동 지역의 자연마을은 원광명[광매]·너부대·새터말 등이 있다. 원광명을 제외하면 대부분 예전의 자연마을의 모습은 사라지고 주택지로 변했다. 광남교가 있는 지역에는 광일초등학교와 광남소방파출소가 있고, 광남1교 북쪽으로 너부대마을이 가까이 있다. 너부대 근린공원의 조성으로 너부대마을축제가 생겨 지역 주민 문화를 형성하고 있다.
광남교 바로 아래에 2006년 광남1교가 설치되어 옥길동 두길길로 가는 도로의 소통을 원활하게 해주고 있다. 현재 두길리의 모습은 자연마을 형태를 간직하고 있지만, 옥길로를 따라 공장들이 들어서 있다. 마을 앞에 넓게 펼쳐진 농경지를 지나면 광명7동에 있는 광명돔경륜장이 시야에 들어온다.

Gwangnam Bridge is a bridge that goes west from the intersection of Gwangil Elementary School on Gwangnam-ro and crosses Mokgamcheon Stream above Gwangnam 1st Bridge to Dugil-gil in Okgil-dong.
It is 128m long, 20m wide, 7m high, and has 8 spans. The upper structure type is 11.RCS, the lower structure type is 14.TP, and the design load is DB-24 [43.2 tons].
Natural villages in Gwangmyeong-dong, Gwangmyeong-si include Wongwangmyeong [Gwangmae], Nebudae, and Saeteomal. Except for Won Gwangmyeong, most of the old natural villages disappeared and turned into residential areas. In the area where Gwangnam Bridge is located, there are Gwangil Elementary School and Gwangnam Fire Department, and Nebudae Village is near to the north of Gwangnam 1st Bridge. Nebudae Neighborhood Park was created to create the Nebudae Village Festival, forming a culture of local residents.
Gwangnam 1st Bridge was installed in 2006 just below Gwangnam Bridge, and it facilitates the communication of roads leading to Dugil-gil in Okgil-dong. Currently, Dugilli retains the form of a natural village, but factories are located along the Okgil-ro. After passing through the farmland spread out in front of the village, the Gwangmyeong Dome Racecourse in Gwangmyeong 7-dong comes into view.
