★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 김중업 초기작으로(1965년) 실험적인 공간배치와 질감넘치는 외관으로 반백년넘게 자리를 지켜왔습니다. 지금은 디자인업체가 입주해있지만 초기 산부인과라는 쓰임에 따라 평면도에는 온갖 은유가 풍부하게 담겨 있습니다. 페인트칠이 벗겨져 안타까웠으나 건물주가 최근 요상망측한 핑크색을 부분부분 도색하였습니다. 덕분에
멀리서 알아보기엔 더 수월해졌지만 건물이 너무 가벼워진 느낌이 있습니다.
 It was the first work of Kim Joong-up (1965) and has maintained its position for more than half a century with experimental space layout and textured appearance. There is now a design company, but as the early obstetrics and gynecology is used, the floor plans are rich in all kinds of metaphors.
