★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 이의초등학교는 차가 다니지 않은 길로 통학할수 있어요. 광교호수공원도 바로 옆에 붙어 있지요. 이의중학교, 이의고등학교도 길만 한번 건너면 갈 수 있을 정도로 아주 가까워요. 지하철역은 넉넉히 걸어서 12분정도 거리이구요. 갈어다니기엔 조금 멀다는 느낌이 있지만, 못걸어 다닐 정도의 거리는 아니에요. 옆으로는 광교호수공원이랑 붙었지만, 뒤로는 영동고속도로와도 붙어있어서, 뒷동은 시끄럽고 공기가 안좋을수 있어요. 앞동은 동위치에 따라서 호수조망도 있어서 좋아요. 바로 앞 도로는 막다른 길이라 차들이 많이 다니지 않고 조용하고 안전해요. 임대주택이라서 주민들간의 유대관계가 좋지는 않지만, 간섭 받기 싫어하시는 분들은 오히려 좋아할수도 있을거 같아요. 공무원들이 사는곳이고, 막다른 위치에 있는 곳이라 외부인들이 없어 아파트에서 어린이들이 놀더라도 안전한 느낌이 들어요. 하지만 고쳐야할거도 많습니다. 가끔씩 택배차량과 배달 오토바이가 1층으로 지나다녀서 애들이랑 부딪힐까봐 위험하고.. 매연도 납니다., 차량은 지하로만 다니게 되어있고, 지하출입시 높이제한에도 안걸리는데도 불구하고.. 왜 1층으로 다니는지 모르겠고, 경비아저씨는 왜 안막는지도 모르겠고, 인도 입구는 차가 들어올수 있게 왜 열어놓는지 모르겠습니다. 또 학원차량들은 아파트 입구에서 불법 유턴을 아주 자연스럽고 당당히하는데, 불법 유턴하다가 사고날뻔 한걸 본게 한두번이 아닙니다. 귀찮더라도 조금만 더 가면 유턴구역이 있고.. 그곳에서 내리는게 더 안전한데, 그곳은 항상 불법주차차량으로 가득차 있어서 사용할수 없습니다 ..바로 앞에 CCTV 가 가득한데도 단속할 생각이 없나 봅니다. 한개만 불법주정차 CCTV로 바꿔도 교통이 안전해질텐데.. 어린이 보호구역인데, 사고가 나고 나서야 개선이 될건지.. 참 안타깝습니다. CCTV가 그렇게 많은데, 요즘엔 문자만 보내도 차 바로 뺄텐데.. 단속 차량이 굳이 들어올 필요가 있을까요?

But there are many things that need to be fixed. Sometimes it is dangerous that courier vehicles and delivery motorcycles pass by on the first floor, so it is dangerous for them to catch up with the children .. The car is underground only, I do not know why you go to the guard, you do not know why the guard does not stop, I do not know why the entrance to India is open so that cars can come in. Also, the school cars are very natural and prone to illegal U-turn at the entrance of the apartment. If you go a little further, you will have a U-turn zone. It is safer to get off there, but it is always filled with illegal parking cars and you can not use it. I think it would be safe to change one illegally parked car to CCTV. It is a child protection area, but it will not improve until after an accident. There are so many CCTVs. Nowadays, you can only send texts, but you can get out of the car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 좋아요 지히철 이용도 편히고 근처 학교도 있고 호숙동원도 가깝고 서울 일 보러 갈때 금방 도착해서 정말 편합니다 하비만 고속도로가 바로 옆에있어서 좀 시끄럽고 매연 때문에 약간 게 안좋네요 대중교통 이용시 수원역에 볼일 일을때 이동 시간이 어래 걸립니다
