★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed in this goshivon two times, both times for a month (august). There are two floors (3rd and 4th floors in the building), also acess to the roof is avaliable: you can do laundry there, as there are two washing machines. The 3rd floor is for rooms eqiupped with bathrooms, the 4th floor is for rooms with common bathroom, the kitchen is also on the 4th floor. I stayed in a room with personal bathroom. The room was small, no different from other goshivons out there, but cosy. Aside from the bathroom, which includes a shower and a toilet, each room on the 3rd floor has air conditioning that can be regulated by yourself, fridge, bed, table, shelves and small closet. Although not every room has a window, mine had.
Of course, rooms with bathrooms are more expensive, but it's worth it. Also I would like to point out that the housekeeper is a really sweet and friendly lady. She speaks English only a tiny bit (and I mean the tiniest bit), so if you could speak a little Korean, you would understand each other better.
Price/quality ratio is fair. The location itself is amazing, it's basically in the very heart of Seoul. Both my times there I had a great experience and woul totally recommend this place if you're staying in Seoul for about 1-3 months.
