★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 혜자합니다. 김치찌개(6,000)2개 돼지불백(6,000) 2개주세요. 했더니 아그들이 있으니 불백을 3개로 먹고 김치찌개를 많이 주시마 하셨고 불백도 푸짐히 찌개도 푸짐히 먹었습니다. 공기밥 추가는 스댕국대접(무료)으로 주시고 24,000 계산했습니다. 반찬 8정도 된듯한데 쌈채소 마늘 양파 따로 또 나오고... 맛도 좋지만 엄마의 후한 인심을 먹고 온 기분이에요. 부산오면 반드시 재방문 할 노포... 사장님 건강하셔요. ^^

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 기사식당인데 기사분보다는 일반인들이 대다수인 곳. 하지만 가격과 맛은 전국기사식당 상위권에 들만함. 더불어 주인아주머니의 친근감있게 건내는 반말은 덤.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 메뉴를 고민하고 싶지 않을 때 종종 찾는 곳이 기사식당인데 부산에는 서울만큼 기사식당이 많은 것 같지 않다. 이곳은 돼지불백과 김치찌개가 유명한 기사식당이다.
돼지불백과 김치찌개는 둘 다 6천 원으로 상당히 저렴하며 둘 다 1인분씩 주문이 가능하다. 이날은 혼밥인지라 돼지불백보다 김치찌개 나아서 김치찌개를 주문했다.
김치찌개에는 국내산 돼지고기를 사용하는데 양이 매우 푸짐하고 동일 가격 선상에서 이보다 더 훌륭한 김치찌개는 본 적이 없다. 밑반찬 역시 거를 타선 없이 괜찮다.
김치찌개는 국물이 살짝 적은 편으로 그렇다고 묵직한 스타일은 아니다. 단맛과 신맛이 조화롭게 공존하며 어느 한쪽으로 치우치지 않아 아쉬운 부분을 찾기 힘들다.
김치는 묵은지가 아닌 신 김치여서 김치의 아삭한 식감이 잘 살아있고 고기에 싸서 먹으면 더욱 맛있다. 평소에 밥 한 공기를 다 안 먹는데 김치찌개 덕분에 다 비웠다.
나중에 다시 친구랑 식사시간을 피해 방문해서 돼지불백에 반주를 즐기고 싶은 곳이다. 가격이 무척 저렴하기 때문에 현금을 꼭 지참해야 하며 계좌이체는 가능하다.

Pork Bulbaek and Kimchi Stew are both quite cheap at 6,000 won, and both can be ordered per person. I ordered kimchi stew because kimchi stew was better than pork bulbaek because it was a single meal that day.
The kimchi stew uses domestic pork, and the quantity is very generous and I have never seen a better kimchi stew than this in the same price range. The side dishes are also good with no frills.
The kimchi stew has a little bit of soup, but it's not a heavy style. Sweet and sour coexist harmoniously, and it is difficult to find a disappointing part because it does not lean toward either side.
Since kimchi is fresh kimchi, not aged paper, the crunchy texture of kimchi is well preserved, and it tastes even better when wrapped in meat. I usually don't eat a whole bowl of rice, but thanks to Kimchi Jjigae, I emptied it all.
It is a place where you want to visit again later, avoiding mealtime with friends, and enjoy an accompaniment to Pork Bulbaek. Since the price is very cheap, you must bring cash, and bank transfer is possible.
