M	MAY RAIN on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 아주 오래된 곳입니다. 처음 맛본게 1982년쯤 아닐까 합니다. 물론 현재 오너는 최근 몇년 안쪽에 1대 오너로부터 인수한 분입니다만 1대 오너의 맛을 제대로 물려받은 것 같습니다. 1대 오너의 면 익히는 타이밍이 조금 꼬들한 타입이었으나 현재 2대 오너의 익힘 수준이 더 좋은 것 같아요. 시대에 맞게 염분 조절도 잘된 상태. 김치의 맛도 전형적인 군산김치인데 잘 배우셨더군요. 충청 서해쪽 스타일이 강한 김치입니다. 테이블 청결도도 더 낫구요. 최근 먹어본 칼국수 집중에서 톱입니다. It's a very old place. It might be the first time I tasted it in 1982. Of course the present owner is the one who took over from one owner in recent years, but seems to have inherited the taste of one owner well. The timing of the first owner's noodle was slightly awkward, but the two owners now have better cooking levels. Saline is also well adjusted to the times. The taste of kimchi is also typical of Gunsan Kimchi. Chungcheong West Sea style kimchi is strong. Table cleanliness is better. It is the top in concentration of kalguksu which we ate recently.
