★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 양복바지 안쪽에 하얀 얼룩이 묻어서 드라이클리닝을 맡겼습니다.세탁물을 찾고 3주후에 입으려고 했을 때 얼룩이 하나도 지워지지 않은 걸 발견했습니다.. 드라이클리닝을 하기나 한건지 의심이 가고 다림질 할 때 발견하지 못한 것도 이해가 안 가고 죄송하다는 말도 안하고 물로도 지워지는 얼룩을 곰팡이인 것 같다고 핑계대는 여자분의 태도에 더 기분이 언짢아서더이상 크린토피아 구의점을 이용하지 말아야겠다는 생각이 듭니다.미안하다고 하면서 앞으로 더 신경 쓸게요 라는 말을 기대하고 찾아갔는데 고객 응대가 참 불진절하네요.
 I found white dirt on the inside of my suit pants for dry cleaning. When I tried to wear it in three weeks after I found the laundry, I noticed that none of the dirt was cleared. I understand that I did not do dry cleaning and I did not find it when I ironed. I do not say sorry, I do not say sorry, I do not think I should use the clean-up topiary point any more because of the attitude of the woman who exclaims that the stain that is wiped off with water is mold. I was looking forward to it, but the customer service is unbelievable.
