음식들이 깔끔하고 맛있다. 10여년전부터 단골삼아 테크노마트에 갈 때마다 들리는 곳. 10여년 전에는 이런 스타일의 샌드위치를 파는 곳이 거의 없었기 때문에,
희귀한 가게이기도 했었지만,
지금은 비슷한 종류의 샌드위치를 파는 곳이 많아져서,휘소성의 메리트는 사라진 상태.
일단, 10여년동안 한자리를 지키는 것 자체도 대단하다.
클럽호기 등의 샌드위치 류 맛이 일품. 사장님이 항상 웃는 낯으로 친절하게 응대해 주는 것도 좋다.
이곳 음식을 포장해서 극장 안으로 가지고 들어가는 것도 가능. (사장님의 사업 수완?)
이곳의 샌드위치는 어디에 내놔도 괜찮을 만큼 맛있지만, 아쉬운 것은 먹기가 참 번거롭다. 바게트같은 빵을 반으로 가르고 그 안에 각종 야채와 햄류의 속이 들어가는 샌드위치인데,
속을 가득 담아주기 때문에,
포장을 뜯으면 각종 야채와 햄류가 빵사이에서 탈출을 계속 시도한다.
좀 흘리면서, 그리고 입을 한가득 벌리면서 우걱우걱 먹으면 정말 맛있지만,
연인들이 서로에게 보여줄 만한 아름다운 모습은 아닐 것 같다.
먹기만 좀 더 편리하게 개선될 수 있다면(속이 가득 든 샌드위치 본질 상, 과연 가능할까?),
나같이 맛과 사장님의 친절함에 빠진 사람이 아니더라도, 더욱 많은 분들에게 사랑받는 가게가 될 것임에 틀림없다.
강변 테크노 마트를 들리신다면, 한번씩 가보시길 권한다.
