★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 에스컬레이터(특히 상행)이 많이 고장나서 노인분들이 굉장히 불편해 하시는 모습이 많이보인다.
 Many escalators (especially ascending) have broken down, and the elderly are very uncomfortable.

서울지하철 6호선 연신내역과 응암역 사이에 있다. 2000년 12월 15일 개업했다. 역명은 동명에서 유래했다. 역 주변에 동명여자정보산업고등학교, 서오릉 등이 있다. 서울특별시도시철도공사 소속으로 서울특별시 은평구 연서로 지하 137-1번지(구산동 1-21번지)에 있다.

There are Dongmyung Women's Information Industry High School and Seoeungrung around the station. Seoul Metropolitan Rapid Transit Corporation is located at 137-1 underground station in Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul (1-21 Gusan-dong, Seoul).
