★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 방음 개판, 특히 층간소음 엄청 심함, 옆집 소리도 거진 다 들림. 에어컨 새로한데 아니고 원래 설치된거면 무조건 바꿔야함. 여름에 에어컨 없으면 못삼.
 Soundproofing renovation, especially the inter-floor noise is very severe, and the sound of the next door is also heard. If the air conditioner is not new and originally installed, you must change it. I can't do without air conditioner in summer.

I went to the GDR Golf Driving Range on the 1st basement floor of Posville, but the facility was completely clean and spacious as it was newly opened on 4/1.

건축가는 획일화된 사각형을 탈피하여 새로운 형태의 건물을 지은것이다.
오피스텔 과 근린생활 시설이 마련되어 있다.

지하에 스크린골프장과 당구장포함술집들도 다양하다.
