★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 자주 가지는 못하지만 여유있을때 가서 후다닥 먹고 오는 진짜 맛집!! 비싼만큼 그 값을 해서 좋습니다. 직원분이 처음부터 끝까지 다 구워주시고 밑반찬도 찐으로 맛있습니다.
I don't go there often, but when I have free time, I go to a real restaurant to eat later!! It's good for what it's worth. The staff bakes everything from start to finish, and the side dishes are delicious as they are steamed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 숙성된 좋은 소고기에 좋은 숯불로 바로 구워서 여러가지 사이드를 개인 취향에 따라 추가하여 먹을 수 있다. 특히 잘 숙성된 고기는 부드럽고 자체로도 감칠 맛이 느껴지며, 생와사비나 버터소스, 소금, 와사비로 조린 표고 등 같이 먹으면 더욱 환상적인 맛을 느낄 수 있다. 개인적으로 와시비로 조린 표고나, 샐러드에 같이 나온 올리브와 같이 먹을때 소고기의 맛을 더욱 끌어올려준다. 마지막으로 마약같은 된장밥으로 마무리 해주면 금상첨화다.
You can add various sides according to your personal taste by directly grilling the aged beef over a good charcoal fire. In particular, well-aged meat is soft and savory on its own, and when eaten with raw wasabi, butter sauce, salt, or shiitake stewed in wasabi, it tastes even more fantastic. Personally, when eaten with shiitake simmered in wasabi or olives served with salad, it enhances the taste of beef. Lastly, if you finish it with doenjang rice like a drug, it will be a bonus.

성인남성 그것도 고기좋아하는사람 셋만와도 먹다보면 잔고가위험하다
