옆 테이블도 소면 3명 시키는데 재료 부족하다고 안된데요 오후 7시인데
반찬 추가주문하고 빼먹고 추가로 다시 쌈장좀 좀더 주라니까 한번에 좀 시키지하며 짜증내네요
반찬 뭐좀 더 달라니까 떨어졌데요
이때부터 솔직히 좀 짜증나네요
반찬 추가도 손님이 눈치봐야하고 자기네 고기가 질이 좋다고 하는데 진안 고기들 다 그 정도하구요
불판도 집에서 먹는 그저 그런 불판이었네요
주인 아줌마 장사 마인드가 정말 좋네요 아주..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 삼겹살을 굽는데, 기름받이용 종이컵에 기름이 반절만 찹니다. 그동안 가본곳은 종이컵 바꿔야 됐는데. . . 그리고 구우면 얇실해지긴하지만, 다른집에 비할바가 아니네요. 김치찌개는 개인적으로는 얼큰해서 괜찮았고, 찌개에 들어간 고기도 쫄깃하다고 평이 다 좋네요. 단, 그냥 시골음식점 같다보니, 모시고 식사하는 자리로써는 사람을 가릴필요는 있을것같습니다.

삼겹살의 식감은 쫀득하니 먹을만 해요
오늘 처음 들었는데 진안이 고수가 많이 나온다 하더라고요
쌈하고 고수가 같이나오는데요 고수좋아하시는 분이라면 와볼만하다 보입니다.
다만 삼겹살 1인분에 16000원정도하니 비싼편이기도하지만 전라도라그래서인가 반찬들이 대체로 맛있습니다
간만에 흙돼지 삼겹살 맛나게 먹었습니다.
다음에 진안 방문하더라고 다시 방문하여 막으러 올거같네요
