★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 자주가는곳인데 식구들하고 먹으려고 포장해서 대전까지 들고 왔는데 스티로폼 포장이라 따뜻해 바로먹기좋았어요
It's a place I go to often, but I packed it up to eat with my family and brought it to Daejeon, but it was styrofoam, so it was good to eat right away.

일반적인 간장게장이었구요. 살짝 얼어있는 애들도 있었습니다.

첨엔 안맵다가 중간쯤 먹었을때 슬슬 매워집니당.
맛도좋고 내용물도 많아요.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 오랜만에 들렸더니 간판도 조금 바뀌고 새로운 메뉴도 나왔지만, 보령 '간장게장 장인' 답게 간장게장 맛은 변함이 없어 기뻤습니다. 처음 포스팅 한지 7년 가까운 세월이 지났는데 꽃게 가격이 오른 것에 비하면 간장게장 가격은 크게 오르지 않았습니다. 요즘 꽃게가 잘 잡히지 않아 간장게장 가격 보다 꽃게 가격이 더 높다며 걱정이 많으십니다. 아직은 비축해 놓은 게 있지만 올 해에 매입해야 할 양이 있는 데 그 것을 다 못 채울 것 같다며 한숨을 쉬고 계신 모습을 보니 안타깝습니다.
그래도 이 집은 간장게장과 해물탕 보령 맛집으로 많이 알려져 있어 주말 이면 발 디딜 틈 없이 손님으로 가득합니다. 맛도 맛이지만 꽃게를 수산시장에서 사 먹는 가격이나 꽃게 간장으로 사 먹는 가격이 별반 차이가 없으니 당연히 불티날 수밖에 없습니다.
워낙 꽃게가 안 잡히다 보니 얼마 전 보령시에서 꽃게 치어를 방류했는데 빨리빨리 자라 저렴한 가격으로 우리 식탁에 돌아오기를 바랍니다.

Nevertheless, this house is famous for soy sauce crab and seafood soup Boryeong, so it is full of customers without a break on the weekend. The taste is also delicious, but there is no difference between the price of buying a crab at a fish market and the price of buying a crab with soy sauce, so of course it is inevitable.
Because I couldn't catch the crabs, I released a blue crab pommel from Boryeong-si a while ago, and I hope it will grow up quickly and come back to our table at an affordable price.

점심시간대는 피해서 11시 정도 가는것이 좋겠습니다.
약간만 늦어도 대기 시간이 많이 필요합니다.
저는 왕갈비 해물찜을 시켰는데...그냥 해물찜드세요.
갈비는 몇개 없습니다.
맛은 적절하게 조미료가 가미되서 굉장히 감칠맛이 납니다.
맵기는 보통으로 해도 먹을수록 점점 매워집니다.
감안해서 주문하시고...해물탕도 맛이 있습니다.
된장해물찌게인데 시원한 맛이 었습니다.
꽃게는 크기가 좀 작아 아쉬웠습니다.
주인 아주머니가 요리 및 서빙도 같이 하셔서 시간이 좀 필요합니다.
볶음밥도 간이 쎄지않아서 좋았습니다.
단 한가지 코로나 시대인데 방문등록 및 QR코드를 안하더군요.
다음번에도 방문하고 싶습니다.
