★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 제 동생이 요식업을 하는데 예산 보건소가 코로나 검사로 바빠서 혈액 검사를 김성진 내과 의원으로 위탁을 하였다고 합니다. 그래서 김성진 내과 의원을 방문, 혈액 검사를 진행하는 중 간호사들의 불친절하고 퉁명스러워 매우 불쾌하였다는 것입니다. 질문을 할 것이 있어도 겁이 나서 질문을 하기가 어려운 실정이였고, 작년에도 똑 같았다는 것입니다.예산보건소가 이렇게 협력 의원을 지정을 할 경우,시설이나 의술 물론 중요하지만 의사나 간호사들의 친절도를 함께 검토하시어 선정하여 주시어 질 좋은 써비스를 환자들이나 방문객이 제공 받을 수 있도록 노력하여 주십시요.
지역사회에서 학연이나 지연같은 것에 이끌리어 선정을 한 것은 아니겠지만, 그런 잘못된 선정으로 인하여 그 피해를 환자가 보아서는 안 될 것으로 사료됩니다.감사합니다.
