벧엘이란 이름의 작은 교회를 개척하게끔 도와, 이 땅에 하나님의 사랑과 정의가 이루어지는 하나님의 나라를 확장하고 있습니다. 몇몇 대형 교회의 교회 아닌 모습도 아직까지 없습니다. 건물 아래로, 80년대까지 생활 하수가 흐르는 작은 실개천이 복개 되었으며, 주변에 남부시장 건물이 불황 속에 낡은 채로 있지만, 예전에 비해 많이 깔끔해졌습니다.
