★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 최고입니다. 다만, 하나 아쉬운 점이 있다면 이 아파트는 아쉬운 점이라고는 코빼기도 보이지 않는다는 것입니다. 문수마을 수필아파트 대해 소개하자면 101동 부터 105동 까지 있습니다. 그리고 어린이 놀이터와 분수대가 설비되어 있습니다. 어린이 놀이터는 최근에 새로 정비되어 어린이들은 더욱 안전하게 즐길 수 있습니다.가장 좋은 점은 아파트 내에서 문수산을 바로 갈 수 있다는 것입니다. 주말에는 간단하게 준비하고 나가서 등산을 해보시는 것도 추천드립니다. TMI를 소개하자면, 문수산 수필아파트는 문수마을 수필아파트 라고도 불립니다. 수필아파트에 사는 주민 몇 명을 인터뷰한 결과, 대부분은 문수마을 수필아파트를 줄여서 수필 이라고 부른다고 답변하였습니다. 이곳에 이사 올 계획을 가지고 계신다면 강력 추천 드립니다. 저의 정보가 도움이 되셨길 바랍니다.
