★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 강릉 속초고속도로휴게소. 개인이 건축햇나? 이걸 휴게소라고 만들엇나? 장사를 하라는거야 말라는거야. 건물이 너무 허접스럽다. 입주상인은 어떡해!
 Gangneung Sokcho Expressway Rest Area. Did an individual build? Did you make this a rest area? It means to do business or not. The building is too crappy. What about tenant merchants!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 넓은 주차장이 장점인 듯 합니다.편의시설이 좀 부족한 듯 하고 화장실이 음침한 느낌이라 좀 아쉬웠습니다.
A large parking lot seems to be an advantage. It was a bit disappointing because the amenities seemed a bit lacking and the toilet felt dismal.

It is small, but small is an advantage. When your order comes in, the food is prepared right away. The fried Sotteok Sotteok was more delicious than other rest stops.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 삼척~서울 이동간 주유를 위해 방문함. 삼척시내 주유소 가격도 주유소마다 상이한데, 동 이동로상에서 가장 싼 곳이 경유가로 1,560원 이었음. 이후 주유소는 지날 때마다 조회해 보았는데, 더 비싸서 미리 조회해 본 후 여기 구정휴게소에서 주유하였음. 동해고속도로를 경유한 후 동해, 강릉시 근처에서 영동고속도로로 접어들면서 접근 가능함. 경유가격이 리터당 1,564원으로 이후 평창주유소보다 10여원 저렴하고, 원주~광주간 신규 고속도록보다는 많이 저렴함. 주유시 이용 추천함.
Visited for refueling between Samcheok and Seoul. The price of gas stations in Samcheok city also differs from gas station to gas station, and the cheapest place on the east route was 1,560 won for diesel. After that, I looked up gas stations every time I passed, but it was more expensive, so I checked in advance and refueled here at the Gujeong rest area. After passing through the Donghae Expressway, it is accessible by entering the Yeongdong Expressway near Donghae and Gangneung City. The diesel price is 1,564 won per liter, which is 10 won cheaper than the Pyeongchang gas station thereafter, and much cheaper than the new high-speed road between Wonju and Gwangju. Recommended for use when refueling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really pretty, quiet spot in the mountains. A good place to stop for a wee and gas but probably the smallest service area I've stopped at in Korea. Very basic food court selling the usual Korean fare, mediocre coffee and not much else.
