이 근방에서 적어도 15년 이상 치킨을 튀기며 근방 주민들에게 사랑받아 온 치킨집이며, 동시에 근방에 수많은 유명한 브랜드의 치킨집들이 포진해 있음에도 불구하고 늘 손님이 끊이지 않는 곳이기도 하다.
치킨의 양은 푸짐하며, 가성비가 몹시 좋은 편이며, 특히 알싸하면서도 달콤한 파닭이 제일 평이 좋다. 대부분의 상품들이 모두 탁월한 맛이지만, 가끔 요거트 소스를 뿌린 치킨과 주먹밥 등 지뢰 같은 상품들을 팔기도 한다.
치킨을 먹고 있으면 갓 끓어낸 계란찜을 가져다 준다는 점이 이 가게의 특징이다. 위를 포근히 덥히며 술을 마시는 사람들의 몸과 영혼마저 달래주는 듯한 부드럽고 맛있는 계란찜은 그야말로 추운 일상 속에서 큰 위로가 된다.
