★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 최근 반값택배 이용차 여러 번 방문했는데, 매번 주인 아저씨의 손님을 대하는 태도가 상당히 거슬렸습니다.
기본적으로 손님에게 훈장질 하는 듯한 말투이며, 태도에 대해 불만을 제기하면 "뭐가 기분 나쁘셨냐?"며 따집니다.
며칠 전에도 초등학교 저학년인 듯한 아이와 아이 엄마가 방문하여 아이스크림을 바로 고르지 못하고 냉동고를 몇 번 여닫는 소리를 들은 주인 아저씨가 안절부절 못하고 계속 감시하듯 지켜보더니 "여기는 편이점이라 비싸니 저 아래 저렴하고 종류 많은 곳으로 가시라"고 얘기하더군요.
옆에서 지켜본 제 눈에는 마치 강박증 환자처럼 보였습니다.
반값택배는 제대로 된 보관박스도 없이 출입구 옆쪽에 대충 적재하면서, 키우는 개에게는 커다란 집까지 매장 안에 마련해주셨더군요.
음식을 파는 매장에서 커다란 개를 키우는 것도 어이가 없는 행동이라 생각됩니다.
본인 매장이니 자기 개를 매장 안에 들이는 건 본인 마음이겠지만, 그런 매장에서 음식을 사먹고 싶지는 않습니다.
