☆Reused espresso shot, no kind
1. 에스프레소 샷 재활용 합니다.
2. 다시 만들어달라고 요구했으나 거절 (주문하기전 금방 내린 샷이라고 ㅋㅋ)
3. 환불 요구했으나 거절
4. 신고하겠다고하니, 거지새ㄲ ㅣ 라고 혼잣말 ㅎㅎ
 These companies need to disappear quickly. (Foreigners seem to have already felt the unkindness, so please refrain from disgrace.)
☆Reused espresso shot, no kind
1. Recycle espresso shots.
2. I asked to make it again, but I refused (the shot was taken right away before ordering lol)
3. Refund requested but refused
4. He said he was going to report it, so he said to himself, beggar ㄲㅣ.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their red bean shaved ice was just red bean on ice...ha ha ha... You can find better shaved ice elsewhere.
To top it off, the staff (the old lady) was terribly rude to us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible customer service. We were there today as my son was tired. We bought 3 drinks there and sat quietly there, half of us bought ice coffee and we took the small corner place and let my son rest for 15min. After 5-10min, the old lady, looks like the owner, asked us to take the take out cup and leave with her broken English. It wasn't busy, only 1/3 of space were token. My family left the coffee shop and left the coffee so I can stay with my son.
If people are waiting for the table I will leave and let people take my table, but it wasn't busy at all, even after 25min when I left, they still have 4 empty tables. What a joke, will never come back. :( never have that happened before in any shop. That was the first one.
