★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The macaroons were a highlight. Cheese to fruit , tea to chocolate, traditional to fun, these flavors all popped. The consistency of the cream was dense and rich, borderline solid ice-cream for some. The shells ranged from flakey with a rich dissolving to a nice chewy , airy cookie. There were also other fun treats and a few flavors of homemade milk tea.
