육수를 끓일 때 마늘을 넣는다면 한국식 국&국밥이 되겠지만 생마늘을 고기국수 위에 올려 생마늘을 육수에 익히다가 아닌 적셔먹으니 올리니 느끼함을 잡아주는 전혀 다른 마늘이 되는구나.

퍽퍽할 것 같은데 씹으면 부드러운(외퍽내부) 고기에 담백하고 얼큰한 국자로
망에 걸러 짜주는 돼지등뼈 기름이 감칠맛을 극대화하는 것 같다.

사장님이 일본에 수십 년간 라멘 가게 등에서 일하시다 귀국하여 연구 끝에 한국에서 차리셨다고 들었는데
그래서인지 도쿄 주변에 몰려있는 라멘 지로와 비슷한 풍이라는 글을 많이 읽었는데 지로 라멘도 먹어 보고 싶고 더 궁금해졌다. 지로리안이라는 단어까지 생겨날 정도로 중독성이 강하다는데

'찐득한 국물' 먹는것 같은 느낌입니다.
한번 조리해서 나오는데 15분 정도 소요
그러니까 주문받은 후 조리가 들어간 상태에서 입장하면 30분기다려야 먹을 수 있음

처음들어가봤어요~
양도 대중소였는데 중도 양이 많았어요~^^
고기도 연하고 맛있게 먹었어요~

I went in for the first time.
Both of them were popular, but there were a lot of medium-sized ones too~^^

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did not know such a good noodle restaurant existed in Ilsan near my house. It was cheap and delicious. It only cost me 6000 korean won, which is like 6 us dollar. The slice of meat was thick, the soup was rich and the noodle was soft. I definietely recommend you guys to try this place if you are anywhere nearby. And as you can see it has pretty large portion despite it was a medium size (small and medium size is no extra cost).
