조	조현재 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 짬뽕타임 이름 달고 있을 때 부모님 모시고 다녀왔다. # 맛없는 쟁반짜장. 2분만에 나왔다. 웍에 짜장소스 끓이다가 맨재료 그냥 넣고 두어번 돌려서 나왔다. 대왕오징어가 볶인 게 아니고 소스에 끓여져서 나왔다. 양파는 익어서 녹을정도인데 해물이 안익었다. 웃음만 나온다. 사진에 잘 보면 안다. 자기들 만들어둔 짜장소스로 만들어서 형편없다. 쟁반짜장을 그냥 짜장소스 만들어둔 것으로 할거면 가격은 낮춰야하지 않겠냐. 그냥 짜장면 2개 시켜다 뒤집어 부어놓으면 그게 더 낫다. 짜증나는 건 짜장소스는 또 맛있었다. #눅눅한 꿔바로우. 색은 허옇게 나왔는데 튀김 기름 온도를 잘못맞춘건지 튀겨놓은 걸 다시 튀겼는지 질기고 눅눅해 정말 못먹을 맛이다. 너무 빨리 나오면 좋은 게 하나도 없다. 맛없다고 느꼈을 때 주방으로 되돌려보낼걸.. 아직도 후회한다. #짬뽕. 그돈 내고 먹기에 끓여둔 짬뽕 냄비 바닥에서 퍼올려서 홍합 껍질이 끄득끄득 씹혀서 기분이 아주 더러웠다. 하나같이 못먹을 맛이었다. 홀에 짬뽕밥 짬뽕먹는 3테이블 딱 3명 있었고 주방장은 나가서 쭈그려앉아 담배태울 정도로 시간이 많은데 음식 준비하는 시간도 아니고 뭐가 그래 바빴는지 내 테이블 음식은 그모양이었나! 그동안 구글에 짬뽕타임 치면 안나와서 못쓰고 있었는데 가게 이름 바꾸고 이제야 떠서 쓴다. 본인이 시킨 것. 탕수육 작은거, 쟁반짜장, 짬뽕. w	wl kim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 일반짬뽕먹었는데 제입맛에는 안맞네요,,좀달았습니다. 직원분들은친절하고 실내깨끗합니다. 다음에는 짜장면도전합니다. I ate regular jjamppong, but it didn't suit my taste, it was a bit sweet. The staff are friendly and the interior is clean. Next time, I'll try the jjajangmyeon.
