김	김동욱 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 배달은 빨리 왔으나 식었고 덜익혀진거 같은 느낌과 포장상태(요즘 최소한 비닐에 넣어주지 않나)도 엉망일 뿐더러 박스가 눅눅해서 흐물흐물한 상태이길래 원래 이렇나, 무슨 일이 있나 싶어서 매장에 전화건 결과 사과는 커녕 어떻게 해드릴까요? 그냥 사과 한마디 했음 아무말 없이 먹었을 텐데.. 안그래도 상태가 별로여서 기분도 안좋았는데 그 이상으로 안좋아졌네요 다시는 여기서 시켜먹지 않겠습니다. The delivery came quickly, but it was cold and the feeling of being undercooked and the packaging condition (at least put it in a plastic bag these days) is also a mess, and the box is in a dirty state, so I called the store because I wanted to know what happened. How can I do it, not apologize? If I just said a word of an apple, I would have eaten it without saying anything.. I wasn't in a good mood, but I didn't feel better than that. I won't order it here again.
이	이경선 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 최악의 경험. 배달기사가 집 못찾아서 물건 반송됬다해서 다시 보내준다길래 기다렸는데 너무 물건이 안 오는 거임. 30분 기다리다 전화해보니 배알 순서가 뒤로 밀려서 기다려야 30분을 더 가다려야 한다는 건데 이걸 처음 전화했을 때 안내도 없이 그냥 가다리게 함. 전화로 환불 요청하니 다시는 본인 가게에 전화하지 말라고 사장한테 연락옴. worst experience. I waited for the delivery driver to send it back because the delivery driver couldn't find the house, so it was sent back, but the item didn't come. When I called after waiting for 30 minutes, the delivery order was pushed back, so I had to wait another 30 minutes. When I called this for the first time, I just let it wait without any guidance. When I asked for a refund over the phone, I contacted the boss to never call the store again.
