딱딱하기도 하고...
요즘 코로나로 장사하기도 어려울뿐만 아니라 혼식(1인식)을 많이 하는 추세에 미꾸라지 튀김의 경우 가격(2만원)이 정해져서 혼자 먹기에는 많은 분량. 그러함에도 혼자 먹을 수 있도록 반으로 나눠줄 수 없느냐의 요구에 절대 그렇게 할 수 없다니...
요즘은 1인상 위주로 바뀌어야 할 것으로 판단~~~

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2000년부터 운영하고 있는데 추어탕 극물이 너무 연하네요. 미꾸라지도 살이 들어나 있어요. 가루가 아니라 쪄서 발랐네요.
