국에들어가는 파.마늘을 미리 썰어 놓은게 아닌 주문때마다 바로썰고 다져서 넣어 줘서 좋은식감및 신선감을 느낄수 있음.
데친 오징어를 시켜서 넣어 먹으면 더좋음.
그리고 아주머니가 단골 손님들의 취향을 알고 있어 손님이 오면 주문안해도 취향에 마취서 내어주는것 같음.
우연히 들어갔다가 아주 만족하고 나옴
정겨움이 느껴는 실내 분위기.

문앞에서 미슐랭전주에서 별3개 받은 맛집으로 이름나있고 여행객보단 현지인들이 많이 오시는 식당입니다.
새벽5:00부터 오후 13:00시까지만 장사하시고
일반 콩나물 국밥 하고는 국물자체가 약간뭔가 틀리긴 합니다.
콩나물국밥자체가 밍밍 하긴 한데 여기는 뭔가 시원하면서도 칼칼하면서 해장하기 좋은 식당인건 인정하고
간혹 여행객들이 맛집이다 해서 가면 콩나물국밥이다보니 실망할순 있겠지만 확실히 국밥치곤 맛있습니다.
너무 기대안하고 가시는게 더 맛있을꺼같습니다.
오징어는 추가하셔야 하는데 비싸다 생각이 들긴 한데 또 추가해서 먹으면 제값합니다. 꼭 추가해서 드세요!
매운맛 단계가 있는데 대부분 손님들이 다 매운맛 드셨는데 저는 초딩입맛이라 제일 안매운맛!!
근데 매운맛드신분들은 다들 맛있다고 하셔서 추천이요!
주차는 딱히 주차장이 없습니다. 골목골목 주차하시고 가야합니다.

댓글보고 방문했는데.. 콩나물해장국 7,000원.. 시장주변 작고볼품없는 위치에 주인할머니 혼자 하신다고 하여 ..도와드리려 방문...
오징어값을 별도로받네요..
해장국에 삶은 오징어 엊어드시려면 1인당 9,500원입니다... ^^

Squid is charged separately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 관광객을 대상으로 한 가게가 아닌 동네 사람들이 오래전부터 찾던 그런 가게 느낌이 납니다. 가게는 작은 편이며, 조금은 낡았습니다. 즉석에서 마늘과 파를 바로 찧고 썰어 넣어주셔서 맛이 제대로 살아납니다. 그런데 매운맛의 정도가 중간맛을 먹어도 엄청나게 맵습니다. 나름대로 불닭볶음면 같은것도 잘 먹는 편인데 위가 아플정도로 매웠습니다. 왠만하면 순한맛으로 드시기를 추천합니다.
