★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 사장님 친절하심. 사람 안많으면 구워주시는데 맛집이라 사람이 대체로 많은 것 같음. 개인적으로 항정살을 가로로 썬 천겹살이 제일 맛있음. 소금 찍어서 먹는게 제일 맛있긴 한데 가끔씩 간장소스도 찍어주고 깻잎무침도 먹으면 밥 한공기 금방 먹음. 갓김치 좋아하는 사람은 천국임. 부추무침은 생각보다 텁텁하지 않음. 찌개 안짜고 맛있으니까 누룽지랑 찌개 꼭 시켜야함. 갈 때마다 사진 안찍고 다 먹어버려서 사진 없음.

옛날에는 학생할인 있었는데..지금은 있는지 잘 모르겠음
이 지점이 본점이고 지금은 홍대인가 신촌에도 지점이 있음
양념 목살과 항정살이 주요메뉴이고 첫 번째로 시킬때는 한가지 메뉴를 2인분 이상 시켜야함
(목살1,항정1이 안되고 목살2 혹은 항정2 이렇게 시킨 이후에 1인분도 가능함)
양이 그렇게 많은 편이 아니니까 넉넉하게 시키려면 인원수 +1
맘마는 무조건 시켜야함 옛날 도시락st의 비빔밥인데 탄수화물이 적절하게 들어가줘야 고기맛도 잘 느껴짐 조금 짠편이니까 적당히 잘 조절해 먹을 것
밑반찬들이 준수하다
항정살 먹을 땐 콩가루 필수 완전 꼬소하고 맛있음
여기에서 제일 먹어봐야 하는 건 <슬러쉬 소주>
소주 시키시면 점원분께서 슬러쉬로 만들어주심
어떻게 치시니까 온도가 딱 맞는 지 뚜껑을 열면 슬러쉬가 나옴
적절한 온도에서 소주를 먹으니 알콜향이 없게 느껴짐
그러나 금방 녹기 때문에 그 온도가 실질적으로 유지되진 않음
분위기는 매우 빈티지한 편
대학가 느낌이 팍팍드는 가게 중 하나이다
이 근방에서 누구 데려가기 좋은 곳을 꼽으라면 여기를 선택함.

종목은 최고의 돼지부위를 파는것으로 업그레이드된 느낌이고 사장님들은 여전히 친절하고 멋지네^^
골고루 시켜봤는데 개인적으로 가브리살을 더 아름답게 포장한 등심덧살이 최고였던거같다.
그래도 천겹살(항정살)과 큐브목살은 여느 항정살과 목살을 파는 집보다는 훨씬 맛있네...
이 동네 살면 진짜 자주 찾을것같은데 30분 거리라 살짝 아쉽게 만드는 이 나쁜 집 ㅋㅋㅋ
코로나 2.5단계에도 만석을 유지하는 그런집
토장찌개만으로도 소주한병을 마실수있다ㅋㅋㅋ

천겹살과 생갈비먹었는데 둘다 정말 맛있었어요
토장찌개는 된장찌개와 비슷한데 정말 맛있고
와사비도 요청하면 주십니다!
반찬 하나하나 정말 고기랑 잘어울려서 맛있고
특히 직원분들이 고기잘굽게 도와주시고 어떻게먹으면 맛있다고도 추천해주시는 등 친절하십니다!
가격이 조금 있지만 그 값어치를 하는 곳입니다!!
