댐마루 전체를 개방하지는 않고 2/3 지점까지 갔다가 돌아와야 함
멀리 포사격장에서 흙먼지가 피어오르는 장면이 보임

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 거대한 댐을 세워놓고 물을 가두지 않으니 왜 지었는가???
홍수조절을 하다는데 그 산골에 졸졸 흐르는 지천을 막아 홍수 조절이 되는가???
흘러가는 물보면서 한겨울에도 유지보수에 사람, 예산을 들일 것 아닌가???
아무래도 세금낭비같다.
올바른 사용을 위해 좀 더 연구를 해야 할 것 같다.
재인폭포 다녀오다가 댐 안쪽 콘크리트 장벽이 훤히 보여서 들러보니 물이 있어서 저수지 바닥이어야 할 너른 들판에 마른풀만 가득하다.
홍수조절용 댐이라고 안내문이 있어 적어본다.
PS. 2020년 물난리에 방문하였는데 많은 물을 조절할 수 있는 "홍수조절 기능"을 할 수 있을 것 같아 무지한 생각을 바꾸어 적는다.
Why did you build a huge dam because it doesn't contain water???
If you are doing flood control, is it possible to control the flood by blocking the stream flowing in the mountain valley???
Wouldn't it be time to spend people and budget on maintenance even in the middle of winter while watching the flowing water???
It seems like a waste of tax.
I think I need to do more research for proper use.
On the way to Jaein Falls, the concrete barrier inside the dam was clearly visible.
There is a notice that it is a flood control dam, so write it down.
PS. I visited the water crisis in 2020, and I change my ignorant thoughts because I think it can have a "flood control function" that can control a lot of water.
