K	Kang Wolf on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 대만에 사는 위앤장 부부가 한국에 머물던 때, 이앤김 부부와 어렵게 시간을 맞춰 함께 만나게 됐다. 독일 여행을 마치고 한국에 도착했던 날 다녀온 화곡동 삼겹살집 곰돌 소금구이. 화곡 남부시장 근처 곰달래길에 위치한 작은 식당. 곰달래길에 있어서 이름이 '곰돌'인 걸까. 생삼겹살이 무려 600g에 1만 2천원. 3인분이라고 적혀 있다. 1인분도 5천원에 판매중. 허브/녹차 삼겹살은 1인분 200g에 6천원. 목살은 200g에 7천원이고 양념 돼지갈비, 껍데기도 판매중. 가격 착한 정겨운 동네 식당. 개인 소스는 양배추, 부추, 양파가 들어간 간장 소스. 그리고 쌈장, 마늘, 고추 내어주시고 제대로 푹 익은 묵은 김치도 기본찬으로 올려졌다. 너무 얇지 않은 적당한 두께의 삼겹살은 사각형으로 썰어져서 접시에 담아 나온다. 잠시후 불판 위에 찌개 뚝배기도 올려주셨다. 소주 안주로 좋은 진하고 묵직한 된장찌개. 요청하니 고추장도 내어주셨다. 옛날 느낌의 삼겹살 집에서는 고추장에 찍어 먹어야 제 맛. 껍데기 달려있어서 쫀득하니 씹는맛도 좋다. 마지막은 껍데기로 마무리. 불판에 올리고 양념을 발라서 굽는 스타일. 이앤김 부부 덕분에 이동네 마음에 드는 식당을 여럿 가보게 됐다. 맛있게 잘 먹었습니다.
