즐	즐겨찾는베컴 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 돼지갈비 아주 약간에 목전지 위주로 구성된 고기 같음 (퀄리티 많이 떨어짐 퍽퍽함)~일반적인 돼지 갈비 전문점들이 공장에서 납품받는 돼지 갈비를 많이 쓰는데 그것보다 맛이 없다~첫맛은 굉장히 달고 뒷맛은 굉장히 짜다 갈비가 맛이 없으면 나머지 반찬들이라도 괜찮아야하는데 맛을 떠나 굉장히 부실한 구성이다 그리고 알루미늄 찌릿찌릿한 맛에 예민한 분들은 불판바닥에 깔려있는 알루미늄 맛을 제대로 느낄것이다~갈비가 굉장히 짜기 때문에 알루미늄이 더 많이 묻어난다~ Pork chops are very little like meat made of wood. J	Joonyoung Kim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 초벌구이한 돼지갈비라 먹기 좋고 맛있습니다. 골목 구석 깊은 곳에 위치한지라 정말 이름 그대로 골목집입니다. 내부에 들어가면 이름에 걸맞는 맛집 포스가 뿜어져 나옵니다. 프렌차이즈, 의도적인 빈티지가 일색인 요즘 시대에 이러한 맛집이 오래오래 갔으면 좋겠네요. 옛날 식당 느낌 물씬 나는 곳이라 좋았습니다. 고기의 질은 그리 좋지 않습니다. 다만 맛있는 양념에 잘 숙성시켜둔지라 맛있게 먹을 수 있습니다. 초벌구이해서 나오기 때문에 그리 오래 기다리지 않고 빨리빨리 먹을 수 있어서 좋습니다. 양은 생각보다 많지 않습니다. 가격은 저렴합니다. 1인분에 9,000원인데 성인 1명이 3-4인분은 충분히 먹습니다. 함께 내어주는 겉절이와 함께 먹으면 단짠단짠의 조화를 제대로 느낄 수 있습니다. 또 먹고 싶네요.
