★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 너무 인기가 좋아 조금 늦게 가면 빵이 다 팔리는 경우가 있습니다. 그것만 제외하면 일대에서 가장 괜찮은 빵집이라 생각합니다.
It is so popular that if you go a little late, the bread may be sold out. Other than that, I think it's the best bakery in the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ OK. Let's be straight first. This bakery (among those that I have known in town) produces the best baked products - croissant, sourdough, baguette, etc. On the days they are open, they bake and lay out breads sequentially between 10:30-ish and 12:30. Because of its popularity, if you want to make sure you secure the bread you want, you would be better to visit the place at around 11 AM or before. Otherwise, it is highly likely they are all sold out.
One caveat to the owner: I understand it is very stressful for the owner and baker to produce bread at its highest quality. But it is not really necessary or ideal that you express your issues (exhaustion or emotional problems) to customers. Customers do not want to or need to know whether the owner/seller or the person at the check-out feels good or bad that day. If that's your innate temper, well, I wish good luck for you.
Still, it seems the pleasure you'd get with the quality of bread far exceeds the issue you will have to suffer from those I mentioned above, and I 100% agree on that statement. I can bear the one- or two-minute bad interaction with the owner for good croissant, baguette, and sourdough.
