★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 오래된 실외 골프장입니다. 공단 안에 있어 밖에서 잘 보이지 않아 접근성이 떨어집니다. 지하에 해수온천탕이 있어 운동후 들르기 좋습니다.
 It is an old outdoor golf course. It is in the industrial complex and is not visible from the outside, and accessibility is low. There is a seawater hot spring bath in the basement.

주차장은 지하지상 여유있습니다.
특히 대형해수탕을 같이운영히고있어서 좋습니다.
골프존도 있고 식당도있습니다.
This is the practice area on the 2nd and 3rd floors.
The parking lot is underground.
It is especially good that we are running a large seawater bath together.
There is a golf zone and a restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 인천 남동공단 내에 위치한 곳이며 운동 후 별도의 요금을 지불 후 해수사우나를 즐길수 있는 곳입니다..주말 인도어 70분 14,000원, 해수사우나 이용시 추가 4,000원입니다.
인도어 크기는 그리 크지 않으며 그럭저럭 연습할만 합니다..
It is located in the Namdong Industrial Complex of Incheon, where you can enjoy the seawater sauna after paying a separate fee after exercising. It costs 14,000 won for Indian language on weekends, and an additional 4,000 won for using the seawater sauna.
The size of the indoor language is not very large and it is worth practicing..

The distance is short, but enough for women. It has a sea bath, so it's different from the shower rooms in other practice areas.
