★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 시설은 오래되었지만 개방적이고 다양한 시설과 면모를 갖춘 것 같다.. 다만 시설관리에 좀 더 신경을 써주면 좋을 듯하다^^

시험 시작전 컴퓨터 전원을 넣었는데
부팅이 20분걸림 그 많은 지원금은 어디다가 쳐박은걸까
청소를 안하나보다 교실 바닥바닥에 칩이 있어 10m도 안되는 거리동안 칩이 너무많이박혔다.
무엇보다 심각했던건 실기시험용 mct 의 컨트롤러 상태

The red brick is impressive, it's a little far from Woninjae Station to the main entrance. It would have been nice if you could have opened the back door...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 직원들의 전화응대 태도가 아주 불손합니다. 몇 번 통화했는데, 할 때마다 기분이 아주 안 좋아지네요. 다른 교육기관들과 비교해 인천인력개발원 직원들의 고압적인 응대태도는 인식개선이 필요해보입니다.
The attitude of the staff on the phone is very rude. I've called a few times, and every time I do it, I feel really bad. Compared to other educational institutions, the high-pressure response of the Incheon Human Resources Development Center staff seems to need to be improved.
