★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ??이탈리아 볼로냐에선 라자냐가 유명하다. 안산에서는 아직은 유명하지 않은 볼로냐의 맛을 전하는 보로냐 식당이 있다. 겹겹이 전해지는 식감과 진한 토마토 ?소스에 갈은 돼지고기의 기본에 충실한 라자냐와 생면을 쓰는 올리브시름에 통통하고 야무진 ?새우가 들어간 알리오올리오!! 둘다 정통인 느낌이다! ?좋은 대접을 받고 간 느낌~ 담엔 뇨끼도 먹어봐야겠다. 둘중에 추천이라면 당연 라쟈냐다! 안산에 오면 꼭 들려야 할 곳이다.

•알리오올리오 : 생면의 식감이나 익힌 정도까지 딱 좋은 식감입니다. 통통한 새우와 편마늘이 넉넉히 들어가서 담백매콤한 파스타입니다.
•라자냐 : 라구소스에 고기와 치즈가 푸짐하게 들어가 진한 맛입니다. 진한소스가 좋았지만 식감은 알리오올리오가 훨씬 좋네요.
•감자뇨끼 : 바질소스와 크림으로 맛을낸 감자뇨끼라 부드럽고 고소한 맛입니다. 전체적으로 부드럽고 고소한맛이 주를 이뤄 반이상먹다보면 좀 느끼함이 느껴지네요.
#기본 샐러드와 식전빵도 맛있습니다. 단, 점심시간에 방문했는데 U자형바로 이루어진 좌석이라 사람이 많아지니 다닥다닥 붙어앉아야했고 칸막이같은것도 전혀 설치되지않아 불안했습니다.

•Potato gnocchi: Potato gnocchi is flavored with basil sauce and cream, so it is soft and savory. Overall, it has a mild and savory taste, so if you eat more than half of it, you will feel a bit greasy.
#Basic salad and pre-meal bread are also delicious. However, when I visited during lunch time, it was a U-shaped bar, so there were a lot of people, so I had to sit close to each other, and there were no partitions.

음식은 무난해요. 저한테는 그냥 평범.

Because of the tomato flavor, I didn't like the ragu sauce.

The basil pesto sauce is too salty...?
light rather than thick. The basil flavor lingers on the end.

전반적으로 염도가 낮아요
뇨끼는 핫플레이트에 주셨으면 더 좋을 것 같아요
근데 생면이랍시고 팬시한 분위기에 가격 이삼만원씩 받는 이탈리안 생각하면 진짜 괜찮아요 면이 정말 맛있습니다
재방문해서 알리오올리오도 먹어보고싶네요
The ragus sauce was a little disappointing, but the rosé was delicious.
Low salinity in general
I think it would be better if the gnocchi was served on a hot plate.
But it's really good considering it's fresh noodles and Italians that get a fancy atmosphere and the price is 20,000 won each. The noodles are really delicious.
I want to visit again and try the aglio olio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 일본 라멘 가게처럼 전좌석 일렬로 되어 있는 생면 파스타집.
메뉴를 시키면 샐러드와 빵이 같이 나온다.
전에는 코스도 있었다지만 지금은 잠깐 중단 상태.
개인적으로는 좋아하는 음식 종류가 아니라 맛은 모르겠지만 같이 간 사람들이 좋아하고 소스를 사가는걸보니 맛있나보다.
전체적인 간이 너무 쎄지 않아서 좋다 :) 사장님들이 친절하셔서 좋다.
Just like a Japanese ramen restaurant, all the seats are lined up in a row at a pasta restaurant.
The menu comes with salad and bread.
There was a course before, but now it is temporarily suspended.
Personally, it's not my favorite type of food, so I don't know the taste, but seeing that the people I went with like it and buy the sauce, it looks delicious.
It's good that the overall seasoning is not too strong :) It's good that the bosses are friendly.
