★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 안산 중앙역 로데오거리에 있는 곱창집 중에서 제일 괜찮은 것 같아요. 처음에 볼 때 양이 상당히 적어 보이는데, 성인 남성 2명이 먹어도 양이 많습니다.
일반적으로 아는 부위 외에도 홍창 같은 특수한 부위의 고기도 있어서 좋았어요. 아마 대부분 홍창이 뭔지도 모르겠지....?
I think it's the best among the giblets in Rodeo Street, Ansan Jungang Station. At first glance, the amount seems quite small, even if two adult men eat it.
In addition to the parts I usually knew, I also liked the meat of special parts such as red spear. Maybe most people don't know what changchang is ...?

양은 괜찮은 편이구요. 기본으로 소금간이 되어 나오는데 적당히 잘 배어있어서 양념 없이도 먹을 만 했습니다.
이모님께서 처음에 살짝 구워주시고, 바쁘셨는지 그 뒤에는 알아서 구워먹었는데, 모둠곱창 특성상 구워지는 속도가 달라 순서를 지켜 먹는게 좋은데 노릇노릇하게 구워지면 그냥 먹으라는 식으로 말씀하셔서 조금 당황했네요.
기본찬에서 콩나물 부추 반 정도는 구워먹고 깻잎지도 달달하니 맛있었는데 천엽 상태도 아주 좋진 않았습니다. 냄새가 조금 나는게 아쉬웠네요.
전체적으로 맛이나 양은 괜찮구요. 그렇다고 특별히 맛있는 느낌은 또 없는 그런 곱창집이었습니다.

The amount is on the good side. It was seasoned with salt by default, but it was soaked well, so it was worth eating without seasoning.
My aunt cooked it a little at first, and after that, if I was busy, I cooked it on my own, but due to the nature of the assorted giblets, it's better to follow the order because the grilling speed is different.
Half of the bean sprouts and leeks were baked in a basic dish, and the sesame leaves were also sweet, so it was delicious, but it wasn't in very good condition. It was a pity that it smelled a little.
Overall, the taste or amount is okay. However, it was such a gopchang restaurant that had no special taste.
