경	경석이 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 제 직업은 음식 배달대행 입니다 자이 아파트가 주변 파라곤,파밀리에,고덕 풍경채,신안 인스빌 보다 좋은점은 모든 라인마다 엘레베이터가 2대씩 있다는 점입니다 그리고 엘레베이터 속도가 가장 빠른편입니다 (라인마다 20~30층 고층에 세대수만 45~60개 가구당 4명 가정하고 구성원까지 합하면 180~240명 넘는 파라곤,파밀리에는 엘레베이터가 달랑 1대 게다가 파밀리에는 속도도 느리고... 퇴근 러쉬인 오후 5~7시 사이에 엘레베이터 기다리다 짜증나서 10층까지는 걸어올라 배달한적도 몇번 있습니다 이 시간엔 더도 안바랍니다 내려올땐 뛰어 내려올테니 올라갈때 만이라도 엘레베이터 시간 지체없이 갔으면 하는 마음입니다) 그리고 입주자 뿐만 아니고 저같은 외부인이 방문해도 집에서 현관문을 열어주면 엘레베이터가 자동으로 1층까지 옵니다 주차장은 현재 완공되어 입주한 모든 고덕 아파트가 문제 입니다 주차장이 달랑 지하1층 이게 다입니다 세대 대비 입주율이 얼마나 되는지는 모르겠지만 주차공간 없다고 벽보 붙이고 대자보 붙이고 난리도 아닙니다 고덕신도시 아파트에 입주 하실 의향이 있으시다면 지금 말씀드린 아파트들 말고 향후 완공될 예정 아파트 중에서 반드시 주차공간 잘 되어있는 곳을 선택하시길 바랍니다 (여기가 서울이 아닌 평택이지만 최소 지하 2~3층은 주차장이야 함 대지가 좁아서 지상엔 애시당초 주차장 만들 자리가 없었습니다 제가 약 8년전에 도곡렉슬 이라는 아파트 주차장을 경험 해봤는데 거긴 지하 4층인가 5층까지가 주차장으로 되어있던걸로 기억합니다) My job is a food delivery agency The advantage of Xi'an apartment over the surrounding Paragon, Familie, Godeok Landscape Chae, and Sinan Insville There are two elevators for every line and the elevator speed is the fastest (For each line, 45 to 60 households on the 20th to 30th floors If there are 4 people per household and the total number of members is 180 to 240, Paragon, Familie has one elevator, and Familie has a slow speed... I have been waiting for the elevator between 5pm and 7pm, which is the rush of work, so I walked up to the 10th floor and delivered it a few times. I don’t want any more at this time I'll jump down when I get down, so I want to go to the elevator without delay even when I go up) And even if not only the tenant but also an outsider like me visits, if you open the front door at home, the elevator will automatically go to the first floor. The parking lot is currently completed and all the Godeok apartments occupied are the problem. The parking lot is different and the first basement floor is all. I don’t know how much occupancy rate is for generations, There's no parking space, and it's not a mess. If you are willing to move into an apartment in Godeok New Town, Please make sure to choose a place with a good parking space among the apartments that will be completed in the future, not the apartments I mentioned now. There was no I experienced a parking lot for an apartment called Dogok Rexle about 8 years ago, but I remember that there was a parking lot on the 4th or 5th basement level)

Over the past few months the management team contunues to get establish their stride, in dealing with parking problems, excessive trash which is attempted to be cleared daily, hourly the security does make their rounds through out all facilities. Overall this is a great appartment complex with many facilities. One downside is the gym monthly cost is 15kwon per month per person. The equipment with facilities are no way equal to an real gym and I would expect alot more beyond just convenience and location fir some treadmills, bike and simple equipment.
