★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 고령의 툭산물중에 가장 유명한 세 가지 특산품이 고령 멜론과 고령딸기, 그리고 개진감자다. 특히 개진 감자는 수미감자 종류로 찰지고 맛있기로 소문난 품종이다. 일반감자보다 훨씬 비싼값을 받지만 물량이 모자랄 정도로 감자가 맛있다.
개진고로케는 개진감자, 수미감자를 원료로 하고 있어서 간만 맞으면 무조건 맛있는데, 이걸 가지고 고로캐를 만들었으니 맛이야 두말하면 잔소리가 된다. 한개 2,000원이라 가격면에서는 메리트가 없지만 먹어보면 돈 아깝다는 생각은 안 든다. 특히 기름에 튀기는 크로켓류임이도 불구하고 그다지 기름지다거나 느끼하다는 느낌은 없다. 아마 좋은 감자 원료를 사용하기 때문인듯.
고로케는 모든 공정이 수작업이라 대량 구매시에는 반드시 예약이 필수다. 수제레몬청이나 수제자몽청도 밫깔이 곱고 괜찮다. 고령 맛집 중 하나.
