★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 창구 직원들이 굉장히 느리게 응대한다. 다른 하나은행에 비해 직원들이 친절하지도 않다.
객장은 고객응대 서비스 질이나 속도는 지점장이나 창구직원중 윗사람들이 객장 고객을 신경쓰지 않아서 그런것같다.
다른지점은 객장 고객응대가 많이 지체되는듯 하면 놀고 있는 창구에서 적극대응하는데 여기는 그런걸 살피는 분위기가 아니다. 마냥 고객을 기다리게 나둔다.
참고로 인터넷환전한 외환찾으러가서 앞에 두명 대기였고 창구 두개 열려있었는데 21분 기다렸다. 옆에 기업이나 대출창구는 텅비어 고객이 없었다.
 The counter staff responds very slowly. Staff are not friendly than other banks.
The customer may feel that the quality or speed of customer service is not the top managers of branch managers or staff members.
The other branch actively responds at the window where you are playing if the customer service response seems to be delayed a lot. Just wait for the customer.
For reference, two people waited in front of the foreign exchange exchanger, and two windows were open and waited for 21 minutes. There were no customers or lending windows next to them.
