세탁물을 담아준 비닐봉투를 주차장까지 들어다 주는 것은 강하했는데, 엘베 안에서 그냥 바닥에 턱 하고 내려놓네요. 실망~~!

It was hard to lift a plastic bag of laundry into the parking lot, but I just put it down on the floor in the Elbe. Disappointed ~~!

평일 오후였는데 저말고도 손님은 많았어요 단지에서 가까우니까요 사장으로 보이는 남자는 가만히 무뚝뚝하게 서서 옷을 받거나 주거나 하고 사장 부인으로 보이는 여자가 응대를 했는데 제가 키가 작아서 나이는 많아도 좀 애같아 보이긴합니다만 다짜고짜 반말은 아니지 않나요? 어이없는 와중에 제가 드라이를 맡긴게 아니라 어머님이 맡긴거라서 맡길 때 현금결제를 하고 받으셨다는 영수증을 들고 찾으러 간거 였어요.... 거기서 그 여자한테 다시 물어보니 자기네는 세탁이나 수선증은 없다고 하더라구요 그래서 맡길 때 받은 영수증을 보여주니까 가져가더니 다시 돌려주질 않길래 확인 됐으면 일반 영수증을 달라고 하니 자기네는 영수증이 원래 없다며 제가 줬던 영수증도 세탁증도 아니라는 영수증을 휙하고 던지더라고요 정말 너무너무 기분나빴어요 솔직히 이 동네 장사 원투데이도 아니고 자취할 때 크린토피아 이용을 자주해서 아는데 세탁증이니 수선증이니 영수증이 없다는게 말이 됩니까? 세상에 예의도 없고 몰상식한 부부가 운영하는 곳이라니 프랜차이즈면서 그런거 관리도 안하는게 짜증나서 크린토피아 본사 고객센터에 틈틈히 전화했는데 정말 심각하게 연결이 안돼서 포기했습니다. 몇 달이 지났지만 아직도 그렇게 장사하더라고요 노답이에요 솔직히 이런 불친절한 매장인데도 동네에 한군데 뿐이니 이따위여도 가는 손님이 있으니까 먹고 사는거겠지만 망해도 이상하지 않을 거라고 생각합니다.

Since it's a place run by a poorly polite couple in the world, it was annoying to not manage such things as a franchise, so I made an occasional call to the Customer Center at Cleantopia headquarters, but I gave up because I couldn't connect really seriously. It's been a few months, but they still do business like that. No answer. Honestly, even though it's such an unfriendly store, there's only one in the neighborhood.
