저녁엔 산들바람 불어와 참 기분좋은 아파트입니다.
Apartment like garden in the city center. It is a car-free apartment on the 1st floor.
In the evening, it is a very pleasant apartment with a breeze.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 여름엔 시원하고 겨울엔 따뜻해요. 전방 100m 안에 목욕탕 편의점 헬스클럽 다있어서 좋네요. 지금 짓고있는 바로앞건물에 피시방까지 들어서면 완벽할듯
추가) 여기서 산지 일년정도가 넘어갑니다. 볕안들어서 개인적으론 되게 좋습니다. 여름엔 시원하고 겨울엔 따뜻합니다. 근데 헬스장은 누가 관리하는지 파워랙도 한대가없고 죄다 잡다한 기구에 어디서 산지 모르는 메이커들.또한 지내다보며 느끼게된게 중심지인 삼계와는 거리가 꽤 된다는점. 생각보다 많이 멉니다.
It is cool in summer and warm in winter. It's nice to have a bathroom, a convenience store, and a health club within 100m in front. It would be perfect if the building right in front of the building even had a PC room.
Addition) It has been here for over a year. Personally, I like the sun a lot. It is cool in summer and warm in winter. But, who manages the gym, there is no power rack, and the makers do not know where to buy all the miscellaneous equipment. Also, while living there, I realized that it is quite far from the central Samgye. It's a lot farther than you think.
