★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ㄹㅇ맛집 가면 밥풀 하나까지 슥슥 긁어먹는 완밥하고 나오게 됨. 다만 소면사리 추가하면 뭔가 안맞는듯 한 느낌임.
밥은 김가루에 참기름 넣고 낙지볶음 슥슥 비벼서 김에 싸먹으면 세상 맛있는데 소면은 그냥 낙지볶음+소면이라 그런지 그닥 감흥은 없었음

When I go to a restaurant, I come out with a bowl of rice that scrapes up to one piece of rice. However, if you add somen noodles, something doesn't seem right.
The rice is delicious in the world if you put sesame oil in seaweed powder and rub the stir-fried octopus and wrap it in seaweed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 낙지볶음집은 대부분 자극적이라고 느껴질만큼 매운 곳들이 대부분인데, 살짝 매콤하면서도 적절한 양념 덕분에 찾게되는 맛집인 것 같아요
자작한 국물에 소면사리를 넣어 비벼먹는 것도 맛있고 밥과 함께 낙지볶음을 비벼먹는 것도 맛있네요
반찬으로 나오는 마른 김과 어묵볶음, 콩나물무침도 적절하고, 집근처에 있다면 자주 들리고 싶은 식당입니다
Most of the octopus stir-fry restaurants are spicy enough to be irritating, but I think it is a restaurant that you find thanks to a slightly spicy yet appropriate seasoning.
It is delicious to mix somen noodles in the soup you make yourself, and it is delicious to eat fried octopus with rice.
Dry seaweed, stir-fried fish cakes, and bean sprouts as side dishes are also suitable.

너무맛나서 정신없이 흡입하듯 잘먹었답니다.
It tastes so good~~ I mix it with rice. Wrap it in seaweed with stir-frying fish.
It was so delicious that I ate it like I was inhaling it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They serve one thing here and serve it exceptionally well: 낚지볶음. It is not something I enjoy at other restaurants, but I go to Gilson at least once a month, because they are experts at balancing the sweet and spiciness of the seasoning / sauce here. Be sure to mix well with rice, sesame oil, bean sprouts, and wrap each bite with seaweed!
