It is good to eat rice and salad for lunch. Shortly after, panmomil came out, and the broth was a bit salty. It was just right when I added grated radish and mustard and poured a little water. It has a rich flavor of kelp and cardi rind and has a good umami taste. The flavor of the buckwheat noodles is a little off, but the noodles are well cooked and the tension is good and the compatibility with the soup is good. When we entered, we were the only customers, but when we left, it was full. In particular, local merchants visit to eat lunch with their children and have been certified as a local local restaurant. It's a pity that they only have pork cutlet and soba, and they don't sell alcohol. The soup is delicious, and if you like soup, you want to dip it in soba noodles, so we recommend Pan soba. We sat down and ended up eating 3 servings of soba noodles and 1 serving of pork cutlet. If I had been drinking, I might have eaten more hahaha I plan to stay here for lunch in the summer
