★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 고객과 업무보고 있는데 법무사라는 사람이 와서는 고객에게 양해를 구하기는커녕 옆칸막이에 숨어서 업무중인 직원에게 이런저런 서류달라고 하면서 계속 말시키네요... 고객은 그냥 그다리고 직원은 계속 우왕좌왕... 제가 먼저 아니냐고 하니 얼굴도 안보고 칸막이 뒤에서 미안하다고만 하네요... 업무 프로세스가 엉망인 곳이예요.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 이렇게 늦게까지 하는 은행이 동네에 하나 있다는게 무척 편리하고 잘 된 일입니다. 하지만 늦게까지 한다고 해서 가보면 진짜 은행 업무만 가능하고 대출 관련업무는 불가합니다. 어디에도 대출 관련업무는 안된다고 써있지 않습니다. 헛걸음 하시는분 없기를 바래 봅니다.
스마트폰으로 은행업무 처리하지 못하는 분들에게는 좋은 정책이라고 생각합니다
