J	Janice J on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 전화 받는 직원 너무 불친절합니다. 공무원이든 일반 행적직 직원이든 전화 받는 예절부터 교육 시켜야할 것 아닙니까? 코로나때문에 보건소에서 일하는 분들 힘들고 지치는거 아는데, 그게 내 잘못은 아니잖아요 그쵸? 그럼 최소한 내가 궁금한 부분에 대해 본인이 아는 답을 바로 알려주면 될것을 왜 세상 귀찮은데 전화질이냐는 느낌을 줄 만큼 틱틱 거리세요? 너무 불쾌하고 짜증이 나네요. 인성 좀 챙기세요. 개념도요. C	CY Shin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 코로나 검사차 방문했는데 검사 진료 시간 12시에서 2 시까지검사 없는것도 처음에 안내를 안하고, 검사후 24시간에서 48시간 안에 문자나 전화연락 준다고 대문짝 만하게 써놓고서 48시간이 지나도 연락이 없어 전화하였더니 음성이라고.. 결과가 나왔으면 연락을 줘야지 전화해서 결과 알아야 하나요? 직원들도 불친절하고 그따위로 일하지 마세요. 검사장에서 긴 검사용 장갑 계속 사용하는것도 위생적이지 못하고 그 재사용 긴장갑에 일회용 새장갑을 낀다고 해도 이미 오염된 장갑으로 새장갑을 만지면 그것도 오염됩니다.
