예약이 왜 어려운지 알것 같았습니다
다만 부류의 선택 범위가 좀 더 넓었으면 좋겠고..(와인 위주임)
음식은 한번에 주문해도 적절히 시간 텀을 주고 주셔서 좋았습니다
커플 또는 여성끼리 오신분이 대부분..
음식 양이 많은건 아니였지만 하나하나 독특하고 맛있었다는...
 Delicious meals... Friendly staff... Decent service Food and drinks...
I thought I understood why it was difficult to make a reservation.
I just wish there was a wider selection of categories... (focused on wine)
It was good that the food was given a reasonable amount of time even if ordered at once.
Most people come as couples or women.
The amount of food wasn't huge, but each one was unique and delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 판교에서 맛집 한곳을 추천해 달라고 한다면 주저없이 금탄을 추천하겠습니다. 항상 신선한 제철재료를 이용해 최상의 스킬로 요리해 주시고 갈때마다 따뜻하게 여러 방면으로 잘 챙겨주십니다. 제가 가장 좋아하는 메뉴는 뇨끼와 도가니탕, 마구로 타르타르, 샤또브리앙, 시저샐러드 등등.. 모든 음식이 와인과 완전 찰떡입니다.
If you ask me to recommend a restaurant in Pangyo, I will recommend Geumtan without hesitation. He always cooks with the best skill using fresh seasonal ingredients, and he warms up every time he goes and takes care of him in various ways. My favorite menus are gnocchi and crucible soup, maguro tartar, chateaubriand, caesar salad, etc.. All the food is perfectly matched with wine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 맛은 두말할 것 없고 분위기도 최강! 어떤 모임에도 잘 어울리는 금탄이었어요!! 보는 재미 먹는 재미 마시는 재미까지 있었던 곳!! 직원분들도 너무 친절하시고 약2시간동안 행복했던 저녁 시간이었습니다!! 재료가 다 신선하고 특히 사시미는 어느 스시집이랑 비교해도 뒤지지 않는 맛이에요! 거기에 곁들이는 화이트 와인은 환상적 서울 중심부에도 2호점 내 주세요 ㅠㅠ!!
The taste is indispensable and the atmosphere is the strongest! It was a gold tan that goes well with any meeting!! A place where there was fun to see, fun to eat, and even to drink! The staff were very friendly and it was a happy dinner time for about 2 hours!! The ingredients are all fresh and especially the sashimi tastes comparable to any sushi restaurant! The white wine served there, please open the 2nd store in the center of Seoul, which is fantastic ㅠㅠ!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 분당 판교 최고 최애하는 파인다이닝 레스토랑이에요. 제철 재료로 만드는 신선한 제철 창작 요리는 계속해서 달라져서 언제나 새로운 식당에 온 것 같은 기분이에요. 운수 좋은날에는 볼링공만한 킹크랩 구이나 간장새우로 만든 스파게티인 간장새우 카펠리니, 일식집에서도 희귀한 와우럭조개 회, 생굴이 있는 날엔 머스크포도를 에메랄드 보석처럼 올린 제철 요리들을 최상급 퀄리티에 이래도 되나 싶은 가성비로 먹을 수 있어요. 좋아하는 시그너처 메뉴도 너무 많은데요. 화이트 라구 뇨끼, 양갈비 구이, 항정살 고수 쌈, 참치와 간마, 탱글탱글한 새우완자, 레몬즙 꽉짜 상큼한 부라타 치즈 샐러드.. 먹을 게 무궁무진합니다. 그 중에도 가장 애정하는 메뉴는 놀랍게도 스지탕 aka 도가니탕인데 포장만 된다면 항상 맨날 싸들고 나오고 싶어요. 제가 이 곳을 애정하는 이유는 요리 뿐 아니라 와인 페어링도 무척 훌륭하기 때문인데요. 저는 주로 화이트는 스펠바운드 샤도네이 레드는 나파밸리 진판델 정도를 줄기차게 주문해서 이곳의 요리 무엇에든 잘 어울리게 마시고 왔답니다. 오늘도 금탄가고 싶다 ㅜ
This is my favorite fine dining restaurant in Pangyo, Bundang. Fresh seasonal creative dishes made with seasonal ingredients are constantly changing, so I always feel like I'm in a new restaurant. On a lucky day, you can enjoy soy sauce shrimp capellini, a spaghetti made with king crab the size of a bowling ball, or soy sauce shrimp, a rare walnut shellfish sashimi in Japanese restaurants, and seasonal dishes with musk grapes like emerald gems on a day with raw oysters. You can eat it for cost performance. There are so many favorite signature menus. White raggnocchi, grilled lamb ribs, coriander ssam with halved meat, tuna and ganma, crispy shrimp balls, refreshing Burata cheese salad with lemon juice. There are endless things to eat. Among them, my favorite menu is surprisingly sujitang aka crucible soup, but if it is packaged, I always want to pack it out. The reason I love this place is that the wine pairing as well as the cooking is very good. I mainly ordered white, Spellbound Chardonnay, and Napa Valley Zinfandel, and drunk it to go well with any dish here. I want to go to Geumtan again today ㅜ
