산더미 물갈비 같은 메뉴를 보니 일반적으로 사람들이 많이 가는데는 다 이유가 있다는 생각이 들었다.
 I only eat cold noodles, it's ok.
Looking at a menu like the mountain mulgalbi, I thought that there is a reason why people usually go there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 일반 냉면과는 확실히 다른 특색이 있는 육수가 이집의 알파이자 오메가. 고명도 좋다. 한번쯤 경험해보면 좋은듯.
다음에 가면 물갈비, 만두 먹어보고싶다
This house's alpha and omega broth has a distinctly different characteristic from regular naengmyeon. The name is also good. It's good to experience it once.

Where there is always a wait. The gel is quiet before break time. Naengmyeon has thick noodles, so I personally deducted the score. Shabu is good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 진주사는 지인 추천으로 갔는데 괜찮았어요. 비빔냉면으로 먹었는데 맛있어요.
육전까지 시켰더니 양이 많네요.
반찬도 많이 나오고 식당도 깔끔해요.
육전은 식당이모님이 서빙후 먹기직전 직접 잘라주시네요.
I went to Jinjusa on the recommendation of an acquaintance, and it was okay. I ate it with bibim naengmyeon and it was delicious.
I made it up to six battles, and it was a lot.
There are a lot of side dishes and the restaurant is clean.
As for the meat pancakes, the restaurant aunt cuts them right before eating after serving.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 처음가서 대표라고하는 비빔냉면을 먹었습니다.
간도 딱 좋고 맛났네요.
특히나 어린 삼이 에피타이져로 나오니 좋네요.
다음엔 물냉면 먹어보겠습니다
The first time I went, I ate the representative bibim naengmyeon.
The seasoning is just right and it is delicious.
It's especially nice that young ginseng comes out as an appetizer.
Next time I'll try water cold noodles

You can feel the authenticity of Jinju Naengmyeon. The broth is similar to katsuobushi, yet clean. Looking back, I don't think I'll ever forget it. However, I feel like they put too much effort into the menu other than meat Jeon/naengmyeon. Both shabu-shabu and water galbi seem to follow the basics, but...
