★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 간판은 미르치과라 되어있음 직원들의 실수가 너무잦음 크라운 제작 누락으로 일주일후 다시 오라고하여 재방문하여 크라운 치료받았습니다. 재방문시 스케일링 예약하였으나 스케일링예약을 또! 누락. 미안하다는 사과도 하지않았음.치료도중 도구로 입술도 찌르고..... 크라운치료후 카운터에서 계산후 음식을 언제부터 먹어야하는지 안내도 받지못해 집가는길에 전화로 환자가 물어보았음. 너무 바쁘면 일을 줄이거나 직원들 숙련도를 높인다거나 방안이 필요할듯 최악의 치과진료였음.
실수를 하면 변명하기보다 진심어린 사과부터 했으면 좋겠다.

It was the worst dental treatment, as if you were too busy, you would need to reduce work or increase the skill level of the staff.
If I make a mistake, I would like to start with a sincere apology rather than making excuses.
