중식은 토의 중화, 감미기평 이라며
단맛의 미덕을 중시한다고도 하지만
너무 달아진 게 아닐까, 적정 이상 단 것을 싫어하시는 분은 피하시길.
자장면은 준수합니다.

탕수육, 굴짬뽕, 삼선짬뽕 곱빼기 주문. 탕수육도 맛있지만, 짬뽕이 엄청나게 맛있다! 혀끝이 얼얼하면서도 목젖을 때리지는 않는 절제된 칼칼함, 그리고 진한 국물에 빠져 헤어나올 수가 없다. 굴짬뽕도 좋았는데, 오히려 굴짬뽕 육수가 삼선짬뽕 육수보다 더 진한 듯 했다. 간이 더 세서 그런가.
탕수육 20,000원, 굴짬뽕 8,000원, 삼선짬뽕 곱빼기 10,000원. 다음에는 안주를 시도해볼 생각이다.

The oyster jjambbong was also good, but the oyster jjambbong broth seemed to be thicker than the samseon jjamppong broth. Is it because the liver is stronger?
Sweet and sour pork 20,000 won, Oyster Jjambbong 8,000 won, Samseon Jjambbong pork belly 10,000 won. Next time I plan to try snacks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 볶음밥과 군만두.. 군만두는 먹을만 했음. 볶음밥도 괜찮으나 짜장 소스에서 중국풍의 특유의 향신료 맛이 강하게 남. 짬뽕 국물도 같음. 한국인이 아는 그 짬뽕 짜장 생각하고 가면 당황 할 듯..
Fried rice and dumplings.. The dumplings were edible. Fried rice is fine, but the flavor of Chinese spices is strong in the jajang sauce. Same goes for Jjamppong soup. If you think about the Jjajang jjajang that Koreans know, you will be embarrassed..
