★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 아고다에서 여행 3주전에 예약하고 입실 1시간 전에 예약 취소메일 받음. 서울에서 영덕 거의 다와는데 너무 황당했음. 아고다와 펜션 둘다 전화해보나 펜션에서는 예약받은적없다, 아고다에서는 당일 취소신청으로 연락이왔다함. 예약 받은적없다고 하는데 당일 취소을 어떻게 했을까? 내린 결론은 펜션에서 거직말 한것으로 보여짐. 당일 취소 당해서 별 한개임. 꼭 예약하고 확인 전화 하세요. 저같이 황당한 취소 당하지 마시구요.
Reservations on Agoda 3 weeks prior to travel and 1 hour prior to arrival, you will receive a cancellation email. I was almost coming from Seoul to Yeongdeok, but it was so absurd. I called both Agoda and the pension, but I haven't received a reservation at the pension. He said he hadn't received a reservation. How would he cancel the day? It seems that the conclusion I made was a false statement at the pension. One star due to cancellation on the same day. Make sure to make a reservation and call for confirmation. Don't get ridiculously canceled like me.
